Rilecart WB-500
WB-500 is the new binding concept from Rilecart. The complete and versatile machine for digital printers and small binderies, as well as for today’s flexibility requirements of sized industrial binderies and offset printers.
Rilecart CB-420
CB-420 semi-automatic spiral crimper for working with notebooks, notebooks, desk and wall calendars. Works with spirals from 1/4" to 1 + ¼" without the need to change tools! The machine cuts the spirals according to the set parameters (setting on the touch screen), the operator applies the binding material, the machine closes the spiral and puts it on the tape receiver or directly into the box.
FAR 5-55
Far 5/55 has been developed for fast punching of loose sheets in large quantities with any size and type of holes required for the different binding systems: wires, spiral, plastic combs.
Rilecart Linea 800
With the widest punching length on the market, F-800 E.S. can satisfy even the most unusual requirements, allowing top performances in highly profitable markets. Due to the exceptionally strong punching power it is possible to punch thick cardboard, high blocks of sheets and even aluminium (with proper lubrication). Rilecart Linea 500
Punching with the F-500 is very easy: the operator simply has to insert the paper to be punched under the carter and press on the footswitch to punch.
Binding is an easy thing with the P-500: the operator only needs to insert manually the wire (and eventually the hanger) into the punched book, place it under the closing device and press the footswitch.
Digi-punch
The Digi-punch is specially used for punching papers in copy center and quick print shop.
The paper feed table moves up each cycle driven by a stepping motor which accurately controls the amount of sheets fed into the machine. The amount of sheets is adjusted using a touch screen. The paper is taken into the punching die by conveyers and then be aligned from three sides at the same time ready for punching. After punched, the paper is taken into the paper collector in order automatically. Both the paper size and paper margin can be adjusted. Various punching dies can be offered to punch different holes.
