The WireMac-EX is a heavy-duty, all-in-one electric wire binding machine designed for mid-volume production. It features a powerful foot-pedal operated motor capable of punching up to 25 sheets of 80 gsm paper or 2.6mm hardboard per cycle. The system includes an integrated manual wire closer that adjusts to finish wire sizes ranging from 3/16" to 1-1/4". Available in 3:1 or 2:1 pitch models, it offers fully disengageable pins, a 14" open-ended punch throat for oversized documents, and adjustable depth margin control to maximise tear resistance.

WBE 2 & 3

The WBE 2 & 3 are heavy-duty electric wire binding machines designed for commercial volume workloads. Featuring a powerful punch motor, both models can handle up to 20 sheets of 80 GSM paper per single punch. Key features include wire closer control for secure closure, die disengagement pins for varying paper sizes, and a side margin control to ensure centered punches. The WBE 3 uses a 3:1 pitch with square holes, while the WBE 2 uses a 2:1 pitch with rectangular holes.

The WB Duo integrates both 3:1 and 2:1 pitch die sets into a single unit, eliminating the need for manual die changes. This manual machine is capable of punching up to 20 sheets of 80 GSM paper at once and can bind documents ranging from 2 sheets to over 200 sheets. Key features include 40 independently disengageable dies for the 3:1 pitch and 27 for the 2:1 pitch, ensuring clean punches for any document size. It has a vertical closing mechanism for wires from 4.8mm to 32mm.

Our high-quality cut wire is available in both 3:1 and 2:1 pitches to suit various binding requirements. The 3:1 pitch wire, featuring 34 loops, comes in sizes from 6.4mm to 15.9mm. For larger documents, the 2:1 pitch wire (23 loops) offers capacities up to 38mm. These wires are available in a variety of professional colors including black, white, silver, and bronze.

Clear PVC Covers

Clearcovers are available from 150mic - 350mic in A4 & A3. We also have a range of Frosted covers, which go up to 700mic.

Leathergrain Covers

Thick, good quality leathergrain in 300 GSM. Available in Black, White, Red, Blue, Maroon in A4 & A3

Poly Covers

Modern and stylish, these polycovers are 500 micron and available in Black, Red & Blue in A4 & A3, packets of 50.
